Overview

During 2008–09 we continued to improve our internal processes and supporting frameworks to enable and support our business objectives.

Our governance arrangements aim to ensure we manage well and meet or exceed our regulatoryrequirements and stakeholder expectations. ComSuper’s governance framework was embedded and refined during 2008–09.

Highlights have been improvements in our audit and assurance arrangements with the introduction of a new standard for a central audit process, continued improvement in risk management and enhanced privacy arrangements. The key aspects of our governance arrangements and achievements are detailed below.
