Customer Service Charter
We have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in place with the various Boards of Trustees and the DFRDB Authority. These SLAs define the standards for services provided by us to scheme members. Our Customer Service Charter outlines the level of service members can expect to receive when dealing with us.
