Customer satisfaction survey
ComSuper employs ORIMA Research to independently survey customers who have had recent experience with the organisation. From this information we derive various Quality Service Indicators (QSIs) which give an indication of the levels of customer satisfaction. The information provided helps us plan strategies to enhance our customer service.
